1. Acceptance of Terms

You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false information to create or maintain an account is a serious breach and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on b99999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer via IBFT and standard debit or credit cards.

• The minimum deposit is PKR 500 unless stated otherwise in an active promotion.

5. Withdrawals

b99999 aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Raast transfers are often instant. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day.

• The minimum withdrawal is PKR 500 for mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) and PKR 1,000 for bank transfer.
• Daily withdrawal limits: JazzCash and Easypaisa up to PKR 200,000; Raast up to PKR 250,000; bank transfer up to PKR 500,000. VIP Elite tier players may access higher custom limits.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and are non-transferable.
• Each bonus is available once per user, per household and per payment account unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in its specific terms.

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Once a bet is accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific market rules provide for a void or cancellation (for example, if a match is abandoned or a game event is cancelled).
• b99999 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of an obvious error in the published odds — for example, where odds were published at a technically incorrect price due to a data feed error. In such cases, the stake is returned.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed in the bet placement interface before confirmation.

• VIP tier progression and point accumulation are based solely on real-money activity, not bonus play.
• b99999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values or benefits at any time, with reasonable notice to affected users.
• VIP status is linked to your individual account and is non-transferable.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on b99999 and constitute a serious breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful financial activity.
• Using software bots, scripts, automated tools or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from a known or exploited bug are void and will be recouped.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes (collusion).

• Using third-party payment accounts or facilit ating deposits or withdrawals through accounts not in your own name.

If prohibited conduct is detected, b99999 may suspend your account immediately, void relevant bets or game results, withhold or recover funds obtained through the prohibited activity and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

10. Suspension & Account Closure

b99999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• A request by the account holder for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, subject to prior notice.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or winnings derived from a breach will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances not implicated in a breach will be returned to the registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
